Brief Answer:
It could be a normal response or due to infection.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic.

First of the let me tell you penis has a very sensitive skin especially the tip of penis. Any kind of friction , trauma , infection can cause redness over it .

So if you are sexually active , even the act of sex can cause redness or even masturbation can causes redness. But these are normal and nothing to worry. I advise you don't wash with Citaphel and see whether the redness persists or not .
If it persists then we need to evaluate for some Infectious cause of redness. Kindly do this and revert back .

Regards.

Hi Thanks for the reply .I have stopped using cetaphil solution.
Now I washed my penis with only hot water while taking bath .
one more observation I seen ...
I usually masturbate in night before sleeping ( not washing the penis after masturbate ) then in morning I find redness and small sores and itching when I pull back penis skin , after washing all of them disappears for the day .Mostly it appears next day after masturbation.
So bit worried about it, earlier I was not happening. .If I dont masturbate for 3 -4 days then while urinating small amount of sperms flows out and once again got above skin problem

Please help me in this...

Thanks in advance

Brief Answer:
It's due to masturbation.

Detailed Answer:
HI

I strongly feel the redness over your penis is due to your masturbation habit.

My advise to you is don't masturbate for 2 days and next day observe your penis if there is no redness then that's it , there is no problem in you its just because of Masturbation.

But if there is still redness we need to evaluate for other causes . Do this and revert back .

Hope this information was useful

Any clarification feel free to ask .

Thanks for the answer I have followed your advise.
As I haven't done masturbation for 3 days but the redness still appears the next day when I pull back the skin also there is itching at the tip and near by area of penis.when I wash it warm water the itching disappear s but the redness still persists . As for 3 days I havnt done masturbation then I find some amount of sperms flows through while going for toilet in morning time (when I give pressure to do toilet)
This redness I found 8 to 9 months back only before that there was no any problem.

Brief Answer:
It could be Infection or Allergy.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for the follow up .

Well this means some abnormality is there with you. Either there is infection or there is allergy.

This needs to be differentiated . By doing tests it is difficult to to differentiate these two . So my approach is to start treatment for one of them .

I advise you to get a prescription from any doctor for Clindamycin gel ( this is an antibiotic gel used to treat infection ) Use this for around 2 weeks and observe.

Revert back to me if the redness persists inspite of using full course of Clindamycin gel.

Sorry I don't know personal any doctors in XXXXXXX but if you want to consult you need to consult a Dermatologist.

Leakage of sperm is normal after few days of abstinence from masturbation don't worry about that.

Hope this information was useful

Any clarification feel free to ask .

Brief Answer:
It's Clindamycin Phosphate

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Clindamycin Phosphate will do ( unless you have any know allergy to phosphorus ).

With the chemist you just ask Clindamycin gel only as the brands which I advise may not be available in your city.

Still mentioning some brand Clindatec , Clindac A .
