Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On The Back And Arm

Question: My daughter has various light red colored spots on her back, arm and left side. She said they feel like dried scabs. They are all different sizes and shapes. They almost look like tiny blisters clusters. She says they don't feel like blisters. They itch. She said she had them for over a week and she has gotten more.
