Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have understood it.

You seem to have developed Acute Urticaria/ Hives.

I suggest you to apply a soothing lotion e.g Calamine lotion. You may apply it frequently. Coconut oil wont do much in hives.

Tab. Avil 25 mg (pheniramine maleate) is an antiallergic and is useful in urticaria.
However, not more than one tablet of it at a time, once every 6-8 hourly i.e 3-4 times in a day is advisable.
Please don't repeat a dose of this tablet for at least another 6-8 hrs.
It is sedating. You should not take it more frequently Or more than a single tablet unless specifically asked by a doctor.
You may talk to your local doctor tomorrow regarding its dosing frequency.

I would rather suggest a tablet of cetrizine 10 mg, twice daily.
You can take one tablet of cetrizine now and then may repeat every 12 hourly. It is much safer than avil and also long acting.

If you can go to an ER right now I would suggest a shot of an i/v steroid e.g hydrocortisone 100 mg. This would be faster acting.

Regards
