Brief Answer:
Lichen urticatus most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

After reading the history you provided, I feel that most probably you may be having lichen urticatus...also called papular urticaria. It may be due to hypersensitive reaction to insects or mosquito bites.

Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. However, I would suggest.....

- steroids in tapering doses for the few weeks
- antihistaminics like Levocetirizine 10mg once daily till the itch is relieved
- apply mild steroid cream on the lesions
- take precautions to keep from insects and mosquitoes

I hope this would help. Let me know if I could assist you further.

Thanks.
