Brief Answer:
kindly upload images

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
As per details, there are following possibilities for your symptoms -
1 ) Candidial Balanoposthitis : it is fungal infection of skin involving genitalia.
It is characterised by red colored itchy rash over the area.
2) Irritant contact dermatitis to imiquimod- it may be due to excess or improper use of imiquimod.

Kindly upload the images so that I can actually visualize the lesions and advice you to my best.
Thanks

The initial bumps started 2 days before I ever used Imiquimod. I had the doctors appointment for the genital wart, and ended up having him look at these bumps as well. The first picture is of the ones from 3 weeks ago.. not really bumps anymore but dry red raised skin that is shiny in appearance.. the second picture is of bumps that arose yesterday and how the first ones looked in the beginning.

Brief Answer:
Herpes progenitalis is most likely possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome back.
I have received the images.
I have seen both the images.
It seems to be Herpes progenitalis to me. It is viral infection of skin caused by Herpes Simplex Virus involving genitalia.
it is characterised by fluid filled lesions or bumps on erythematous base that ultimately lead to formation of erosions.
It is usually associated with pain or burning sensation but can be asymptomatic at times.
It has a self limiting course. During first attack, the course is prolonged as of 3-4 weeks but subsequently duration reduces to 1-2 weeks.
Most of the times, sexually transmitted diseases occur in combination. As in your case, you are already taking the treatment for genital warts . So you might have acquired the infection from your partner.
At present, topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin 2 percent would help.
In such cases, we advise our patients to get HIV test done to rule out any association.
You should discuss this with your doctor.
I hope it helps.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Get your IgG and IgM antibodies tesr for HSV 1 and HSV 2.

Detailed Answer:
I understand your point.
Herpes is not always painful or associated with discomfort.
It may be asymptomatic also.
Secondly it is not always vesicles that are found. There may be bumps or erosions also.
This is my provisional diagnosis as per details. For confirmation, IgG and IgM antibodies test is done against HSV 1 and HSV 2 virus.
Your doctor may order the test for you.
Stay healthy
