Suggest Treatment For Red Blotches On The Face

Question: I have these red blotched on my face in both cheek areas that have become more pronounced and when I use a over the counter steroid cream in the morning, they get somewhat better but reappear later in the day. Never had skin issues before and now at age 61 it just started happening.

I understand your concern and sorry to hear about your problem

Your symptoms could be due to allergic reaction (Urticaria, dermatitis), weather changes (cold and dry whether).
Please upload the image at the report section for review.
Take following advises:
Apply cetaphil cream two times a day
Tablet levocetrizine at the bed time
Continue steroid cream as per doctor advise
It will disappear generally in 7-10 days.

If it will not resolves then you should require detailed investigations by dermatologist
