Brief Answer:
Acne

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Nice to get in touch with you again.

I would like to add Oral Isotretinoin (Cap Sotret 20mg), once daily at night, after meals.

Isotretinoin is a Vit A derivative. It is comedolytic, sebostatic(decreases oil production from the sebaceous glands), and antiinflammatory. Since Isotretinoin shrinks the size of the sebaceous glands, therefore it decreases new acne formation as well.

You might notice dryness of lips/chapping while on Isotretinoin.

Continue with Benzoyl peroxide (Brevoxyl 4% cream), twice daily.

You can expect significant improvement in about a months time.

regards
