Brief Answer:
Sclerotherapy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
Operative management is considered the golden standard of treatment when considering recurrence.

One option is to remove the fluid in the scrotum with a needle, a process called aspiration. However, surgery is generally preferred.

Sclerosing (thickening or hardening) medications may be injected after aspiration to close off the opening. This helps prevent the future build up of fluid.

Studies have mentioned the agents used for Sclerotherapy are sodium tetradecyl sulphate, doxycycline.

But in our institution, we prefer surgical approach.
You need to consult a general surgeon, who can examine you and then decide on the management plan.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
