Brief Answer:
Ketotifen fumarate

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for the query.

For now I would suggest you to take Tab Cetrizine 5 mg one tab daily during night.

For prevention of allergic reaction in future I would advice Tablet Ketotifen fumarate 1mg, one tab daily, as a prophylactic treatment to be taken on a continuous basis for 2-3 months.
It sensitises histamine releasing cells so that they do not release histamine if there is minor stimulation. This will help you in preventing allergic reaction every time you go to small amount of dust.

Hope this will help you.

Regards.
