Question: OVER NIGHT A LITTLE BUMP, MORE LIKE A PIMPLE FORMING LIKE THING APPEARED ON MY SIDE NEAR MY BACK. JUST PRESSED IT A LITTLE TO SEE IF PUSS CAME OUT BUT IT LOOKS LIKE ITS TOO EARLY TO POP. ONE CAME OUT NEAR MY WAIST A MONTH AGO, POPOED VERY LITTLE AND WENT AWAY. NO FEELING ON IT JUST MAYBE OVER SWEAT , REALLY HOT DAY YESTERDAY & TODAY , WENT TO EXERCISE WITH THE KIDS , SOME SWEAT AND VERY HUMID HEAT. HONESTLY DID NOT NOTICE IT UNTIL NOW, AND THAT I SHOWERED LAST NIGHT AND NOTHING WAS THERE.

YOU CAN SEE THE PICTURES I TOOK A FEW MINUTES AGO, IF IT LOOKS PINK OR RED I DID PRESS ON IT A LITTLE.

Brief Answer:
nothing to worry about

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

this is a common infection of the skin. Such infection are commonly caused by either a streptococcus or a staphylococcus. Unless the infection spreads and forms a big enough cavity, the body is usually able to heal it. This is what happened in your case. There is nothing to worry about, since this is both normal and common.

So if you don't have intense symptoms (pain, redness, etc) then you can give it some time to heal. If it won't get better, you've got to visit your primary care physician for inspection and assessment.

Kind Regards!

Brief Answer:
give it some time

Detailed Answer:
You're welcome!

I mentioned the answer indirectly in my previous answer. Leaving it alone would probably lead to self healing. Using antibiotic creams or even antibiotics by mouth would probably speed up the process but without significant symptoms I wouldn't recommend them .

If you do have intense symptoms like significant pain, spreading redness or anything else then you should visit your doctor for a closer look. Sometimes the infection may involve a pre-existing cavity (like a sebaceous cyst), which would need treatment (drainage).

Kind Regards!
