Question: On Friday morning I woke up with a headache and a raised, red and ITCHY RASH ON MY FOREARMS. By Saturday it was on both upper thighs and my upper back and I am achy like the mild flu. I feel like I have a mild eye infection as well. My scalp is itching. But when I scratch I don't feel relief typical when one has an itch, it actually hurts a bit. I have Benadryl and Advil. I haven't eaten anything unusal, or changed detergent, or soap and my shower is clean. I did sleep in hotel room last week from Tue-Thurs.
