Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Body And Hemorrhoids

default
Posted on Thu, 16 Jul 2015
Question: I have multiple problems which I feel are somehow connected. I am doing a detox under a wellness doctors guidance for about 6 months. Then I started with a rash that after about 3 weeks managed to cover my entire body except the bottom of my feet and face. I had an external hemorrhoid that swelled and burst causing clear sticky oderless discharge from my rectum and vagina. I took diflucan and used triamincinolone cream to clear what they thought was a drug induced allergy with Remicade as the possible suspect. That was after a nobody. I then had the hemorrhoid removed. I keep getting the clear sticky itchy discharge. I am on a gluten free diet for a couple years which has finally ended a 30 year stretch of daily diarrhea. The rash on the body is coming back and the sticky discharge is back. I don't even know what kind of doctor to see.

Most gone and now the reluctance

1. After being on a gluten free diet for 6 months I was tested for Gluten and it was negative, however the Doctor said that the test would probably be a false-negative because there was no gluten in my system.
2. I have not taken a anti-allergic drug unless Zyrtec or Claritin D are ant-allergic drugs. I have taken those.
3. I sometimes cough so hard the I get a prickly feeling in my chest and always while I am eating. At night during sleep I cough for no reason.
4. Yes there is some family history of allergy. (Mother,Daughter and my Son allergic to cats)

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
You are mostly having food allergy which is causing all these symptoms.
Following points are in favour of allergy.
1. Positive family history.
2. Cough especially at night.
3. Skin rashes
4. GI (gastrointestinal) symptoms.
So better to consult allergist and immunologist. Get done detailed report for food allergy, serum IgE level etc.
First diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query.
