Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Penis Foreskin

Question: I have rashes on my penis foreskin from past three days. It is very painful to pull the foreskin behind. And also I find white layer on my penile head. Please advise the best solution for this.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have infection of the foreskin(Posthatitis).

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you have unprotected sex preceding this infection?
2) Are you diabetic.?

White layer over glans is smegma a mucus secretion by glans penis.

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get following basic tests done to help to establish diagnosis.
1) Blood sugar levels on empty stomach and 2 hours after lunch to rule out/confirm diabetes.
2) Swab test and culture of discharge from the penis .

In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

- No I did not have sex preceding this infection
2) Are you diabetic.?
- Am not diabetic
