Question: Rash is growing fast on both legs, inner thigh. Seems to be moving to arm. All within last 24 hours. Any suggestions?

According to your complaints it could be either an eczematous reaction or drug reaction.
I would recommend you to upload the pictures of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition.
Meanwhile you can take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine 4 mg twice daily and apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily.
