Suggest Treatment For Rash On Penis Tip

Question: Hi i have two separate issues..... ill start with the first, less important one.

the other day i had to work in the morning (i am a waiter) it was a public holiday, very busy, i was storming around the floor with a vengeance, working really hard. went out for the day later with friend, walking a lot and found my butt crack started to hurt more and more with each step.... now i have this pink/reddish rash around my butthole, and on the cheeks.... im assuming that this is just chafing/friction, it doesnt itch however it does have that pain you would expect from a friction caused rash.

onto second (IMPORTANT) issue. had unprotected sex with random woman 5-6 weeks ago. was so nervous, went to doctor for std check no more than 3 days later. also was prescribed azithromycin on the spot to kill anything straight away. never got the call back -- i.e i am clean.

now i have been seeing a different girl as well. im sure of her sexual history. i have recently (last week or two i think) developed this rash on the head of my penis, where the foreskin covers. its sorta like a red rim. im assuming it could potentially be a yeast infection. last night i started using some anti jock itch cream, and have been cleaning thoroughly, as in the past, i have not been so great at cleaning my foreskin all the time. it appears that the rash looking skin has begun to alleviate. its possible that i could have gotten this skin issue from the girl im currently seeing, or the skin issue is something i have gotten from not being completely hygenic (i do shower every day, just not always pulling foreskin back).

Im looking for some professional input here. im sure that if i had an STD i would have some far more dramatic symptoms (e.g if it was herpes or HIV or something -- never had any lesions/warts/pus filled bumps).

appreciating your prompt response,

Sincerely,

I have gone through the description given and photo.
Firstly the anal rash may also be due to fungal infection as sweat also can exacerbate such conditions.
The penile area description appears be due to fungal infection.
please clean the area with warm water twice daily.maintaining the genital hygiene is most important.
Apply topical antifungal like clotrimazole twice daily in both the areas.
You can take oral anti fungal like flucanazole 150mg weekly once.
treating the partner is also most important.
Use condoms .it can prevent at least genital transmission to some extent.
You can get back to me for any clarifications.
