Suggest Treatment For Rapid Heart Beat
Question: Can one have a fast heart beat, with blood pressure at 110/70 be classified as healthy or otherwise. My age is 68 and I am an avid mountain cyclist who rides yearly in Majorca Spain and I am a marathon cross-country ski participant. That`s my question. XXXXX e-mail: YYYY@YYYY

One can definitely have a high heart rate if the levels of adrenaline are more. With the things that you do, your adrenaline levels are likely to be higher. Yet, your blood pressure can be low normal and otherwise you can be absolutely healthy.
About the problems with your sleep, a polysomnography (sleep test) would be more helpful in pointing to the solution.

Forgot one important detail. When I was experiencing the symptoms from my ear/mastoid infection/viral infection, ( ie. fatigue/dizziness/headaches ) my blood-pressure went from low-average 110/72 to a high average blood pressure readings 155/90. Could these infections cause blood pressure to rise or could my fast-heart beat and lung infections/sinus infections be the outstanding issue taking precedence?

Infections can lead to increased heart rate although they are unlikely to affect the blood pressure (only a severe infection would cause shock by lowering the blood pressure significantly).
For the sinus issues, taking steam inhalation should help. Water in form of vapor would reach deep inside and would help in opening up the blocked sinuses by diluting the mucus blocks.
