Brief Answer:
Most likely not a problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I should tell you that your pictures were more than satisfactory and your condition was clearly evident.
The good news is that there does not appear to be any significant lesion there.
We would get worried if there is a definite lump or ulcer or if there is interference with erection or ejaculation or urination but as you do not have any if these issues, it is highly unlikely that you harbor any disease.
If there is a progressive worsening of the condition, if there is pain or bleeding or ulceration, I'd suggest you consult an Urologist straightaway

Hope I have been of help.

When I streched the skin of the said part,it appears that a blakish type of circular part just below the skin.the same thing appears in the other part of the corona.but when I press my finger on the said place or move my finger over the skin,no lumpy feelings was there.no pain is there.in the last picture, the skin of one side of the corona appears shrinked and that was the spot I am talking about.what is your impression from these picture and my description?which diseases may occur there?

Brief Answer:
Unlikely to have major problem if clean

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
The only disease we are seriously worried about would be a cancer of penis. The chances of this happening in your case are low, as it looks like the corona could be inspected without too much trouble in bringing skin back, and secondly, you seem careful regarding your health.
Shrivelled appearance of glanular or coronal skin in the flaccid state is not a cause for worry, but if in the erect state, you have noticed that the skin is still shrivelled, you should get it checked.
If you notice black deposit which can happen in the deep groove, I suggest you clean the area daily with a cotton ball moistened liberally with tepid water mixed with salt.
Hope I have been able to reassure you.
