Suggest Treatment For Radiating Pain In The Back

default
Posted on Mon, 22 May 2017
Question: What are appendicitis symptoms besides pain in the LRQ? I thought I was having a colitis type of event from eating jalapenos, but I have radiating pain to back, nausea/vomiting, and one small BM, and this has been going on since about 2100 or 2200. I also was feeling like I had a UTI earlier in the day.

Regardless of SHARP lower right quadrant pain??

Brief Answer:
Kidney infection is your issue.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Nausea, vomiting, slight fever, accelerated heart rate are typical acute appendicitis symptoms.

Your symptoms are quite characteristic for kidney infection and bladder infection. I suggest you to do not wait with it. Blood work, urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound should be done. Antibiotic treatment is also necessary.

Hope this helps.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Sharp pain comes from right ureter.

Detailed Answer:
Appendicitis pain is never sharp. Such pain in this location comes from right ureter. Stone can be an option as well.
