Suggest Treatment For Purpura Under Eyelid

Question: hello doctor,

this morning i woke up with a pea size (medium brown in color) pigmentation on my skin just under my bottom eye lid where the inside of the eyes meet...just under the tear ducts..it looks almost like a bruise. no pain..i havent had any signs of anything but this spot this morning.
