Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis

Question: I am affected with psoriasis and undergoing ayurveda treatment from January but still it is not controlled. Could you please suggest me.

Psoriasis is an incurable condition which can be kept in controlled by the use of topical and systemic medication.

-Salicylic acid . Some doctors recommend salicylic acid ointment, which smoothes the skin by promoting the shedding of psoriatic scales.

-Prescription retinoids.
