Brief Answer:
PUVA and MTX can offer good control

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your query and concern.

You currently seem to experience relapses with the topical steroid and anti inflammatory agents.

These form of relapses can be prevented through use of systemic drugs like Methotrexate/MTX and PUVA therapy.

These treatment modalities can offer permanent control.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Retinoids can be good alternative topical drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

Methotrexate can be useful in resistant forms of psoriasis.

It can be useful in doses of 10-25 mg/week in single dose. The drugs can be used for 3-6 months.

PUVA therapy consists of exposure to psoralens through ingestion in a PUVA chamber .

Other effective drugs are topical Retinoids gel.The gel can be applied 4 times a day in 0.1% conc.
