Question: Hi, me n my hubby are trying for baby for past 3mths but no success. I had 2 miscarriage in past. 1st in XXXXXXX 2010 after 9wks, no heartbeat of fetus in 2nd usg. 2nd in October 2013 after 20wks, got infection and 2mths bleeding and lost of fluid, finally spontaneous miscarriage. My hubby is on ATT medicine for TBM since April 2011. He was on urine cathedral for 9 mths until December 2011. From experience of past pregnancy penis was deeply penetrated, but now in past 3mths I feel fluid is flown outside as penetration is less. Maybe Erectile dysfunction. Kindly assist. I m have orofer xt for past 3 mths.

Brief Answer:
These are basically normal reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I saw attached reports and reviewed your history.

Following is my detailed reply:

1) Among Your investigations there are no major problems. There is little low hemoglobin and associated parameters which can be corrected by orofer XT iron tablets you are taking.

2) Your husband's semen analysis show marginal reduction in motility which is not significant.

3) Deep / superficial Penetration of penis and outflow of seminal fluid has no relation to erectile dysfunction. some outflow of semen is common and not a problem. The sperms present inside are good enough for pregnancy.

4) Your husband does not have erectile dysfunction as long as he is able to penetrate.
