Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. At age of just 33 with no prior history of any neurological or vascular or metabolic disorder, i would not mind this slight heaviness or warmth in legs with no swelling or pain either or color change in the limbs or symmetrical variation. But still i would go for some baseline work up to rule out any electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, pinched nerve or any other compressive neuropathy, local or systemic neurological pathology by examining and working up accordingly, baseline work up, local limbs examination and investigations like doppler etc if needed.

To me it looks likely a musculoskeletal spasms and should relieve with some rest, pain killers and good posture. if the issue persists, visit a GP and let them evaluate you for possibilities.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
