Brief Answer:
Mostly due to injury to urethra or prostate

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Hematuria after endoscopic examination of bladder could be mostly due to one of the two following factors
1) Injury to either urethra or Prostate during cystoscopy
2) Clot retention

Consult your Urologist who performed Cystoscopy .You may need to put a self indwelling catheter and get clots evacuated by giving bladder wash followed by continuous irrigation of bladder till urine becomes clear.

Antibiotics will be needed to prevent infection

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
