Question: Good Day.
I am 35, married since last 9 years and having one son.
We are a happy couple.
I pass very busy schedule usually 9 am morning to 9pm night with my own business.
I am here writing about my sexual health. Last 2 years I am suffering by premature ejacuation. Yeah, it may be normal to you but not to my wife. She is unhappy.
Weekly I cannot give time more than once or twice. Furthermore, if it stays only 1 - 1.5 minutes or less, she is becoming pale.
I went through many journals & tried a lot of natural ways told there but got no significant result. I am actually now searching for medication which not harmful for me.
For your concern, I have IBS & migration though both are in control right at this moment. Thank you very much.

Brief Answer:
premature ejaculation

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your helath care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are suffering from premature ejaculation. This si a common disorder and one we can help control. I would recommend that your doctor try giving you an antidepressant like fluoxetine or citalopram. These medications called SSRIs have a side effect that helps reduce premature ejactulation. There is also a short acting SSRI called Dapoxetine that maybe used for premature ejaculation. If those medications don't work then a medication called tramadol which will reduce sensitivity to the penis can also help. I would recommend that you see your medical provider and see if they will help by prescribing one of these medications

In summary
1. SSRI fluoxetine citalopram or dapoxetine
2. Tramadol analgesic

I hope this answers your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
