Thanks for the query. I hope you mean " how to increase time before ejaculation" Early discharge is called Pre Mature Ejaculation. ISSH defines it in minutes as Intra vaginal ejaculatory latency time . It is 2-5 minutes. If some one regularly discharges early and cause distress to one or both partners, it is a problem.The cause is increased penis sensitivity and reduced serotonin levels in ejaculatory centre of spinal cord. We treat such people by identifying associated problem like reduced testosterone, reduced blood supply to penis and stress factors. I use SSRI like Paroxetine 12.5 mg at night for 2-3 months , or local spray to reduce sensitivity. We perform surgery as well for its treatment. It is called Frenuloplasty . You should get your self checked and investigated first, then see which mode will suit you best
