Question: I suffer from premature ejaculation could help me. please i dont know what to do

Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.
There're several ways to tackle pre-mature ejaculations.
One is to exercise regularly. About one hour daily.
Another is to practice 'Kegel' exercises. They're to improve pelvic floor muscle tone.
You keep two heels together and press against each other for a count of 3-5, then release. Keep repeating several times and do this thrice daily.
You can also keep a pillow between your thighs and press it similarly.
'Squeeze' technique is another way to tackle it.
Just before you think, ejaculation will occur, squeeze the tip of penis.
Doing these regularly, gradually your problem will be over.

As is the meaning kegel ?? I don't understand very well kegel meanig .
