Brief Answer:
Check the degree/qualification of the doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us.

I can understand your concern.

PME(premature ejaculation) is defined when male ejaculation occurs before female partner reaches to orgasm.
There is no normal duration for ejaculation time.
If you have such problem, it can be treated.
Medicines like clomipramine or paroxetine will help.

However performance anxiety in young age may also lead to such problem. It can be treated without any medicine. You just not to think about ejaculation while having sex and just need to enjoy the process. Stop & Start and Squeeze techniques also help. You can search for these techniques easily on net.

There are some ayurvedic medicines also which help in such problem. Like tentax royale and forte as well as confido by Himalaya. There are no specific herbal medicines approved and studied for such problem scientifically.

If they are there I think they should not be such costly.

In general sexology comes under psychiatry in allopathy practice. Psychiatrist is by degree sexologist also. They are M.D in Psychiatry or D.P.M. in psychiatry. As well as some old M.B.B.S doctors have done PhD in sexology and practice as sexologist. Otherwise no qualified sexologist there.

There are lots of people at roadside calling themselves as sexologist and making people fool by doing unethical practice.

I request you to check the degree of that doctor first. If you feel degree/qualification is right ask him details about the herbs.Or you can consult some ethical ayurvedic practitioner who is doing practice of sexology.

In conclusion at this point you should not go for spending these much money.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.

If you would go to psychiatrist , I think you will not have to pay more than 4 to 5 thousand for treatment including medicines.
