Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation
Question: I am married for 2 years have good sex life but suffering from premature ejaculation, till now I used Durex perfoma to prolong the act but without condom I just last 2-3min. Please suggest me a good medicine apart from exercise, start-stop techniques as I am anyways doing. I am open to try out Himalaya, Dabur or other ayurvedic products but don't want to take without consultation. Also would mention that a couple of years ago I consulted a doc for weak erections, he gave me Nexito10 MG (as anti-anxiety) and it worked for me. Nexito also delayed ejaculation which the doc confirmed is normal. However I am afraid to take it now as I read on this forum that Nexito causes infertility so I am scared. Can someone suggest me a good drug which take care of PE and also no side effect on fertility.

There is no medicine without side effects in any system of medicine. I suggest to try nexito or Paroxetine CR 12.5 mg and do not worry about side effects. Addition of 12.5 mg sildenafil will give better results. These are allopathic medicines and you will need a prescription to get these.

Thanks for the reply, can you please tell me how many TIMES in day and at what time of the day do I need to take this medicine, also for how many days?
Lastly the reason i posted this query was that we have been trying to conceive for the last 3 months and my wife is still not able to test positive for pregnancy. I know there might be other reasons like low sperm count, low mobility etc but in my online findings so far I found that Premature ejaculation might be one reason for not able to conceive. Hence i wanted to fix this first and if it still doesn't work then probably get into Sperm test and all.. So keeping this in view, I categorically asked whether Nexito, sildenafil will have any effect on fertility if i take that for a prolong period of time?

Please understand that conception does not depend on the time you spend in vagina after penetration. Pregnancy can take place without penetration as well when ejaculation happens in the vulva region. Premature ejaculation needs to be addressed for a satisfactory sex life, so do not get confused between the two.
You have been trying for 3 months only but this is a very short period to start getting worried. You need to try for at least a year before any tests for infertility should be done. Please enjoy sex life only at the moment and leave the rest to God for at least 9 months. Online information is not always fully correct so stop worrying about side effects of drugs
