Question: When I masturbate I edjuclate within 30-40 sec and i cannot pull my fore skin to back. But i do not want to circumsize

Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are facing problem of early ejaculation and unable to retract your foreskin over glans penis.

Early ejaculation is mainly due to excessive sexual stimulation by tight grip of the penis while masturbating.and has no significance at all.

As regards inability to retract foreskin it is due to Phimosis and you need to get circumcised This will help you to retract foreskin over glans penis and to have enjoyable sex .

There is no medicine that can help to cure Phimosis.The other option is to get small surgery of dorsal slit of foreskin where foreskin is incised on dorsal side so that it can be retracted over glans penis ,However it changes look of the the penis which is not accepted by most of the patients who undergo it.
