Question: I have a small black spot on the bottom of my left foot( smaller than a pencil eraser ) . I noticed it the other day. It is very painful to touch. I checked some other websites and they indicated it could be a melanoma but not indicated whether the spots would be painful to touch. Can you provide any guidance. Thanks. XXXX
