Suggest Treatment For Pimples On The Penis

Question: i have small bumps in a cluster on my penis that have been there for a month or more. they havent briken open or anything and havent XXXXXXX any more than the where they might have grown alittle but im not sure. im not sure what they are . what could they be? im alittle worried . its weird they have been there so long with no other symptom.
