Brief Answer:
possible PCOS.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
THE PRESENCE OF EXCESSIVE ACNE AND DECREASED Breast cup size , with possible increased facial hair growth and darkening of knuckles indicate a possible diagnosis of PCOS, where serum testosterone levels are likely to be high and she may have polycystic ovaries as well.
So please get a hormonal profile and an ultrasound pelvis done to rule out the above.
If she has been menstruating regularly or irregularly then mosaicism is unlikely. So please follow up with reports.
