need to ask I have got lots of scratch marks of pimples on my face ,need to know how to reduce or remove them.

Scars of pimples needs intervention.

There are different types of acne scar, Icepick, boxcar, rolling & keloidal.
Treatment depends on type of scar.
It may be Skin needling (subcision), dermabrasion or laser resurfacing.
These require serial settings, all are office procedures and done by dermatologist.
The number of sessions depends on individual improvement.
I would like to examine the clinical image before making any recommendation on type of procedure.
