Suggest Treatment For Pimple Like Spot Near Anus
Question: hi . i noticed some blood on my shorts and on further observation noticed a very small dot like pimple on the edge of my anus. i am really worried. it does not itch considerably. But the is some/minor itch after this incident

I studied your query with all the details put forth by you.I also reviewed your photograph of the diseses part.

following are the replies for the queries and concerns you have-
1-In my opinion it seems to be the Anal Fissure in ano with inflammed Sentinel Piles with sodden-ed peri-anal area.
2-This condition from the photograph,appears to be there for quite some time and was not noticed for quite some time and is now noticed lately due to the blood spot on your shorts with anal itching.
3-I would advise you to attend to ER Surgeon, who is the right specialists for this condition to treat it accordingly.Hence you should visit to ER Surgeon as soon as possible.
Impression-
Its nothing serious if treated as fast as possible.
Plan of Treatment advised-
I would treat it as a Specialist as follows in my clinic,which would guide you to plan treatment with ER Surgeon in the ER room nearby-
*Bland,liquid diet for till the acute illness is treated x for 2 weeks.
*I would first reduce the Acute fissure in ano with infection around by
anti-inflammatory and antibiotics with metronidazole drugs / sitz bath / and Rest with Elevation of the Bed leg over night.With this it would reduce in 5 days time.
*And would plan Anal Dilatation to reduce the recurring fissure due to anal spasm from Fissure in-Ano with infected and inflamed Sentinel pile skin tag.
*After 2 weeks you can have bland high roughage diet and change your diet style to prevent the recurrence of Fissure in-Ano.
Hope this would reduce the acute stage in 2 weeks time.
