Question: Hi I'm a 30f I'm wondering what to do I know something haven't been ok for the past couple months I recently moved from Florida to Vegas, and my hair started drastically falling out, not the root but halfway through that hair shaft I've noticed that my skin kept on having the same lesions and despite any type of cosmetic treatments or anabiotic's, and a bacterial soap etc. they wouldent ever heal or getting any better. I first thought that this could be a mite. I took microbiology so I got a microscope and started to look at it underneath and I have pictures of what look like worms. I have these increasingly heavy chunks of mucus coming out of my nose. I. I've been to two doctors and yes they wrote me lab work but it was over $600 to get that, I also to the hospital where they ordered a normal blood panel normal labs they were drawl in emergency room and nothing was Found and my thyroid levels were normal . I understand that this could be something internal and theirs is a secondary effect. I've also been able to pull out the string like things from the corners of my eyes. My biggest concern right now is that my lower abdomen will become distended. I have pic from my phone that I took while using using my microscope. My question to you is how do I present this I feel like I'm about to lose my hair that was below my breast is now above my shoulder and I feel like every physician looks at me like I'm crazy. I understand how this looks, I'm normally a healthy fit female and I don't know how to present this. If I can I would like to attach pictures. Thanks for your time. jenn

Brief Answer:
Please upload an image of the rashes

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.

I have gone carefully through your query and have also through the attached images. Although you suspect mites, I do not think so. Rather, it seems that there is an allergic component involved. The microscopy does not show any mite or even fungal hyphae, rather they are simple artifacts that you need not bother about. Rather, I would insist you to upload an image that shows the skin rashes (not on your scalp). Please note that it is absolutely normal for about a hundred strands of hair to fall each day. It is not of concern and occurs more in dry areas.

I would wait for you to upload the image.

Regards
