Brief Answer:
Yes, it's possible that there is treatment:

Detailed Answer:
Well this sounds miserable. If you are sure you aren't getting fevers such as from and infection, then hot flashes are possible. In an adolescent male like yourself, these are often caused by fluctuations in testosterone. Either the testosterone is too low, and a hormone called FSH (from the brain) is trying to raise your testosterone level, or your testosterone level is overall ok but is fluctuating.

Other hormone problems can cause this too, such as thyroid hormone and adrenal output.

And speaking of adrenal output, sometimes anxiety and panic attacks can present with hot flashes. Suddenly there is a rise in adrenaline and cortisol (stress hormone) and a person feels hot and sweaty. Something to consider if you think that applies to you.

So I would suggest you go to your doctor who will do an exam, and order hormonal blood tests (and possibly a CBC to see if there is any infection).

If there are abnormalities of certain hormones, your doctor may be able to help you with replacement hormones (usually in the form of pills).

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information or clarification.
