Brief Answer:
He should visit a doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

He seems to be having serious food poisoning.
Here is what you can do at home but I will advise you to see an ER as soon as possible as he may get dehydtrated or can get fluid salt imbalance with continuous vomiting. Oral medication would also XXXXXXX effect if he is vomiting or having frequent diarrhea.

Here is what you can do.

1) Dont let him dehydrate he should keep sipping fluid in which ORS or other salt replacement is added.
2) Get an OTC anti vomiting pill or syrup from nearby pharmacy and give it to him.
3) Give him simple food preferably with much fiber and you can give fruits and fiber supplements..avoid meat chicken etc.
4) Avoid coffee tea caffeine fizzy drinks alcohol smoking (what ever is relevant)
5) Lemon juice often helps with nausea.
6) Visit a doctor as soon as possible he might need some blood works..antibiotic or injectable medications.

I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.

Regards.
