Brief Answer:
3-5 days

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.

Cold is contagious up to 5 days after onset of symptoms and rarely more than this. Also, in most cases, it is contagious just for 2 days. More important than this is, to avoid possible transmission mechanism through hands, sneezing and items. Thus practicing thorough hand hygiene during this period, using masks and disposable tissue papers, avoiding public places will be helpful.

Wish you good health.
Regards
