Suggest Treatment For Persistent Chest Pain

Question: I am 28 years(F). At times I get left chest pain and this pain gradually spreads towards my left arm, shoulders and back. Once the pain was more and the next day I went and took ECG and it came normal. but still I am getting the pain and the pain stays for about half an hour. If I get tensed I start getting this pain. please advice...

In the description That you have given Three possibilities 1. You could be having some issues with your shoulder either because of sitting and working posture 2. It would be something to do with neck and cervical spine 3 Is cardiac related issues. Though cardiac issue is likely to be lower in the list it is most important thing one need to rule out. Please have TMT done and if its normal more or less rules out cardiac issue than you can consult neurologist or orthopedics. If any abnormality in TMT you need further cardiac evaluation and treatment and need to consult a cardiologist for the same
