Question: Ive been progressively getting more of these bumps on the tip of my penis. I think its blantis but Im starting to worry. Attached is a picture

When I urinate, there's a little stinging sensation but it doesnt hurt. I also have a few of these lesions on my scrotum. There is no itching or burning
