Suggest Treatment For Penis Injury Due To Heavy Masturbation

Question: Hello,

I recently (4 days ago) received protected oral sex from a new partner. Condom was on at start, and she never let her lips / mouth or saliva come in contact with my skin. There was no genital contact. She finished me with a handjob, again with condom still on.

On the same day, I masturbated several times kind of roughly.

A day or two after this, i noticed sensitivity in the head of my penis. Particularly it is sensitive when rubbing against clothes like underwear even.

I do not notice any discoloration or any bumps or anything like that.

My question is do you think i could have an STD or more likely a penis injury from masturbating too much or too hard?

Brief Answer:
Injury from too much masturbation and penis masturbation!

Detailed Answer:

Hi am thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this increased sensitivity of your penis that you have reported. This is no STD and the symptoms explained by excessive manipulation. Please, always be considerate when manipulating the penis. STDs are not part of the picture and unless I get some more information in this light, I would not even give it the slightest thought as a possibility at this time.

I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Thank you. If that is it, how long can the increased sensitivity be expected to last, as it has been 2 or 3 days now. Is there anything I can do to help it heal? I am avoiding masturbation obviously.

Brief Answer:
Also, wear loose underwear to avoid constant friction!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It would last no longer than a week unless something else comes up. also, prefer loose underwear at this time.

If the pains are severe, then a pain reliever like tylenol would be helpful.

If any further concerns, talk to me. I am here for you.

One more followup question. I noticed after showering in warm water and looking closely that the head of the penis looks a little red in part. When it dried it was hardly noticable.

Also, I seem to hve difficulty completely urinating and I so i have what looks like a drop of urine at tip of penis, almost like a small discharge. Just seems to be urine nothing abnormal about it.

I dont have burning when peeing and i dont have itching either.

Does any of that support or alter current diagnosis?
