Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your boyfriend has sustained penile injury during sex in woman on top position and had urethral bleeding for a week..

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem .
1) Was the bleeding from urethra or under surface of glans penis(Frenulum)?
2) Was there swelling .bruising and deformity of penis?
3) Was his urine mixed with blood every time he passed urine?

The bleeding that lasted for a week definitely suggests injury to urethra and needs to be confirmed by Ultrasound Scanning of Penis.

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get your Ultrasound Scanning of the penis done to rule out injury to urethra .

Take antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines like Diclofenac twice daily .

Ensure to avoid sexual activities till it gets cured completely.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask me I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

Bleeding from urethra
bruising located below the tip and above the scrotum
no blood in urine
went to ER did an exam checked urine said no penile fracture
went to urologist 2 weeks post he said masturbate and have sex follow up if any further bleeding
no further bleeding had sex no deformity just his concern that when he lies on his back the penis does not stand straight up during an erection like it used to instead it is erect but lies on his abdomen. Why would this occur, can he do anything, will it go back to normal?

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.The difference in erection in prone and supine position is due to excessive stimulation of penis in prone (Lying on abdomen) than in supine position (Lying on back).

It has no significance at all .

Thanks and Regards.
