Brief Answer:
STD antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your medical questions.

You are concerned about a white substance on your penis. This could be an STD but it may not. If you are uncircumcised you may have phimosis which is a discharge from a fungal infection under the foreskin. This can be treated with good cleaning of the penis with a gentle soap and water as well as an antifungal powder.

If it is a discharge from the penis urethra then it could be an STD. To be properly treated you need to see a doctor and have them perform the proper cultures. If you don't then you may not get the right antibiotics. I recommend that you seek medical attention and get the proper treatment.

The usual treatment for an STD is Zithromax, doxycycline levofloxacin or penicillin.

Again I recommend that you seek medical attention. Trying to treat an STD with home treatment is not a good idea.
