skin peeling and itching

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

Welcome to health care magic!

I am Dr. Saddiq Ul Abidin. I have read your problem in detail and will try to help you in best way possible.

Based in this history, you have shared, it seems some kind of allergic reaction or contact dermatitis. As involvement of both upper and lower limbs, withs scaly and peeling appearance along with raised rash on the hand, all poiting towards that, as other possibility if pustular psoriasis, there is no significant past history or family history to support that. On either case, you need to be examined in detail by a dermatologist.

The other symptom that you have mentioned, of chest pain with breathing can also be another entity. You need to have Xrays for that along with detailed chest examination with a stethoscope to see air entry or any signs of infection in lungs. As it is related to breathing, aka pleuritic it is less likely to be cardiac, still ECG also needs to be performed as no risk can be taken with left sided chest pains. Though i would mention that it doesn't seem cardiac.

The persistence of pain in hydrocoele, needs to be evaluated too. As with successful healing it should have resolved by now.

Meanwhile for pain you can use acetaminophen and for skin symptoms, you can use anti histamines like citrizine. Also that emolients like 50-50% solution of liquid paraffin and vaseline may help with clinical benefits.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. kindly rate me before closing, and leave your feedback if possible.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ul abidin.
