Question: Hi, Recently twice i got high heart rate (palpitation) - around 100 to 110 heart rate checked in the BP monitor, with BP - 110/70 . I find it difficult to fall asleep when this happens. This sustains for around 30 to 45 mins and after which i get tremendously thirsty , drink around 2 to 3 liters of water.

Looks like you may be having Suprventricular tachycardia

Detailed Answer:
Looking at the heart rate it could still be normal ruse but by putting entire picture togather there is quite good chance that you may be having what is called supra ventricular tachycardia. Also could be anxiety alone. You need to see Cardiologist and having basic tests like Ecg echo done and if needed they may decide to do holter test. If anything abnormal based on result you may be put on medicines or advised further test and treatment. If everything is normal some anti anxiety medicines can help.
