Brief Answer:
Diagnosis should be confirmed

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
The lump can be galactocele, fat necrosis or fibroadenoma.
Exact diagnosis should be made by proper examination and ultrasound of the breast.
If the diagnosis is 3 of the above, then there is nothing to worry and no treatment is required at present.
If it is blocked duct, then you should apply heat by a heating pad or hot water bottle. After applying heat, you should gently massage the duct and express the milk from the nipple. This will relieve the blockage , if the process is done regularly.
Moreover, you should continue the breastfeeding.
Only regular follow up should be done 6 monthly to assess any change in the size.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get proper examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
