Brief Answer:
Carcinoma throat

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
Please tell me what treatment have you received for carcinoma?
What is the extent of cancer?
There might be an ulcerative growth causing obstruction and burning. And the involvement of larynx might be causing voice problems.
You must get an endoscopic examination done and biopsy from the lesion. The treatment will depend on the site and extent of cancer.
Please follow up with your reports and required information so that i can suggest you better.
Take care
Thanks and regards
