None of your suggestions work. Is there something else? Since I have gone through the change I heard that they made some pills and cream.

If you have tried the KY jelly and found it to be unsatisfactory, then you may try a cream called ESTRIOL 0.1%vaginal cream. Its an estrogen based cream to be applied intravaginally thrice a week. It repairs the vaginal mucosa and prevents dryness.
