Brief Answer:
you may use KY jelly

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting health care magic.

What you are suffering from is called Dyspareunia. there are various causes for the same like, injury or trauma, vaginal dryness, inadequate lubrication, vaginismus and the most common are psychological with anxiety and stress playing a major role.

Before resorting to various causes you may try to ease penetration with increased clitoral stimulation before intercourse or lubrication with an over-the-counter lubricant such as K-Y jelly.

review with feedback.

None of your suggestions work. Is there something else? Since I have gone through the change I heard that they made some pills and cream.

Brief Answer:
Try the vaginal cream....ESTRIOL

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow up.

If you have tried the KY jelly and found it to be unsatisfactory, then you may try a cream called ESTRIOL 0.1%vaginal cream. Its an estrogen based cream to be applied intravaginally thrice a week. It repairs the vaginal mucosa and prevents dryness.

This should help. You may consult your gynecologist for a prescription.
