Suggest Treatment For Painful Lumps At The Back Of The Throat
Question: Is this normal? No pain or discomfort, just lumps on the back of my throat i noticed.

This photo is not normal looking, regarding the throat and tonsils. There is redness of the tonsils, hypertrophy and some changes which may indicate infectious causes so further tests are required.
It doesn't look like something serious, especially at your age. Just get a throat swab test and endoscopy of pharynx. This will reveal possible causes and then further treatment can be planned accordingly.

I do have really bad postnasal drip right now, could that be causing the redness?

I went to the doctor yesterday. They're swollen glands from severe allergies. He suggested flonaze and zyrtec. I definitely wanted to hide my head in shame lol but hey at least i have peace of mind!
